Open the FitFlix app, go to "My Bookings", find the class you want to cancel, and tap "Cancel". Make sure to cancel within the allowed timeframe based on your plan.
Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 3 months per year. Go to Account Settings > Membership > Pause Membership in the app.
Visit Account Settings > Membership > Change Plan. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
